The software also has modalities that assist Med SPAs with matters related to continuing education and employee training. The monthly fee for using this cloud-based bundled digital solutions is $495 plus a one-time setup fee of $995. As discussed earlier, the setup fee includes a fully HIPAA and ADA-Compliant Website design and hosting.

DigiMEDSPA Directory Listing

Of special importance to these operations will be the full integration of lead generation services (through the DigiMEDSPA Directory Listing brand name). The revenue from enrolling in this program will be $395 which includes four leads per month. We estimate Five monthly leads will be generated and distributed to the medical spas. Clients may Opt-in for additional leads over their Four monthly allowance which is priced at $149 per lead. It is expected that startup medical aesthetic spas will typically opt for more robust service as they are seeking to aggressively develop a client base. The Company will also be including its PayWhenPAID leads solution with the bundled digital solutions where the Med SPAs pay for each lead when they complete a patient’s procedure and receive payment. This offer is valid only with bundled digital solutions. The cost for PayWhenPAID lead is set at $149 each.

The Company will maintain a number of platforms that are locally and regionally search engine optimized so that qualified booking patients can be generated. The platforms will also have the ability to allow potential patients to book appointments at their selected medical spas. The ability to provide this type of marketing functionalities coupled with the comprehensive medical spa management suite will ensure a major differentiating factor for DigiMEDSPA. The DigiMEDSPA Directory Listing platform already has more than 25,000 nationwide list of Med SPA profiles loaded. Once the platform launches, medical spas that have been listed in the platform will be able to claim their listing. In a sense, the platform will operate in a capacity that is similar to Yelp but specific for medical spas. This aspect of operations is central to the Company’s overall marketing strategy. As medical SPAs claim their business and profile, the Company will market its services to the Med SPAs. Medical SPAs (claimed or not) will initially be provided with three free leads who can be patients to service. As these patient leads are being given for free (over a period of two weeks to a month), these Med SPAs will be able to understand the efficacy of using the DigiMEDSPA Directory Listing system. The seventh section of the business plan will further document this promotional strategy and how it will facilitate rapid onboarding of prospective clients.

Pay-When-Paid Leads

The Company will offer distribute patient leads among medical spas that become a bundled Digital Solutions paid subscribers. The Company will receive $149 per lead when the med SPA client converts the lead to a paid patient and receives payment. This method of Lead distribution is referred to as PayWhenPAID and will help the Company to incentivize the Med SPAs to sign up for bundled digital solutions at a much faster rate

The Company’s ecommerce platform is being integrated into the overall functionality of the DigiMEDSPA suite. Once operational, all enrolled Med SPA users will be able to see what inventories are available from a vetted group of pharmaceutical companies, medical spa equipment manufacturers/distributors, and other entities that distribute medical spa consumables. These operations will commence within the sixth month of revenue generating operations. Management is currently in the process of sourcing vendors that will showcase their products on the platform. In most cases, the Company will recognize commissions of 30%. For major medical equipment and bulk orders, the commission will be reduced.

The Med Sa Connect program will provide medical spa owners with the ability to seamlessly contact one another in regards to further their respective business operations. As discussed in the executive summary, this functionality will be a major value added benefit to medical spa owners given that they can collectively address common issues regarding the day to day operations of their respective medical spas while also discussing issues that face the medical spa industry. https://www.digimedspa.com/med-spa-connect

This aspect of operations will also generate advertising revenues from pharmaceutical companies, medical supply distributors, and medical equipment distributors/manufacturers that want to engage in targeted advertisements. The Company will ensure that these advertisements are tastefully shown within the ecommerce marketplace, Directory Listing pages, as well as within the platform’s user portal pages as long as they do not distract from the overall experience. The Company may offer advertising revenues to med SPAs whose user portal pages were utilized to promote Sponsored Advertisers brand, services and products. The amount of revenue sharing to be offered to med SPAs will be decided in the future when the Company is able to generate lucrative net income from these advertisements.
